The other poster, levator scap, is absolutly correct.  Acidic blood is a pathlogical condition that can happen from several disease states but commonly from diabetes mellitus. This would be diabetic acidocis and will lead to coma and death.</description>

The acidic/alkaline balance of various parts of the body, not just the blood are very important to optimal health.

I drink barley grass every day to make sure my system is alkaline. especially the digestive tract.

The western diet has changed over the last 50 years and with the huge increase of fast food and junk food our bodies need to work overtime trying to balance it all. 
There are tests available to measure the ph level of your blood and if it is too acidic you will experience health problems - from fatigue to aches to more serious complaints.

Diet is definitely important - meal reversal will help with protein in the morning and lunch and only vegetables at night time. Cut out all sugar and dairy food as well.

Green vegetables are definitely good to bring the acid level down but you really should go and see a good naturopath or health professional before taking supplements. You can actually overdose on certain vitamins and that will then cause other problems.

Some of your symptoms can also be caused by heavy metal toxicity. It is worthwhile getting this checked out.

I have 2 children who had the problem and within 3 weeks of alternative therapies (diet and supplements) there has been a major improvement in their conditions. But it was done with the help of qualified people - and these are difficult to find as there are a lot of charlatans around. And doctors just don&#039;t want to believe it. They tend to give you medication to treat the symptoms rather than find the root of the problem and actually cure you - they loose a customer if you are cured!
