oh god! Don’t go using that stuff! Is it worth saving a few bucks if you kill your fish? nooo please! lol.
you don’t need specific up and downs, they have regulators (will raise or lower, whatever is needed)
I don;t know what PH you need, but here’s an example
It’s best to just keep fish that do best in your natural water chemistry. Some fish, like rift lake cichlids, are easy to accommodate with baking soda and epsom salt. That being said, it’s easier to raise pH, than lower it.
